In the event of any adverse impacts to wetland resource areas <br /> because of construction and/or maintenance of this project, the <br /> Commission reserves the right to require additional measures to <br /> protect resource areas and values as per M.G.L Chapter 131 <br /> Section 40 and/or Mashpee's Chapter 172 Wetlands Bylaw.
