3. In the event of any adverse impacts to wetland resource areas <br /> because of construction and/or maintenance of this project, the <br /> Commission reserves the right to require additional measures to <br /> protect resource areas and values as per M.G.L Chapter 131 <br /> Section 40 and/or Mashpee's Chapter 172 Wetlands Bylaw. The <br /> Conservation Agent, Assistant Agent and/or other designated <br /> representative of the Commission must have the right to enter the <br /> premises to monitor ongoing work/maintenance. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> There are no public comments. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Cook to close and issue with the conditions as stated, "refer to <br /> Agents recommendation above", and to have the pool full drawn down by a pump truck.
