The Agent states the project is not within Natural Heritage Jurisdiction, no shellfish mitigation <br /> fee is warranted, and the Harbor Master has no concerns regarding navigation. The project meets <br /> all standards for applicable regulations. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> There are no public comments. <br /> Motion made by Ms. Godfrey to close and issue pending receipt of comments from <br /> Division of Marine Fisheries and any comments from DMF will be incorporated into an order of <br /> conditions if the project is approved. Motion seconded by Ms. Copeland.No further discussion. <br /> • Roll Call: Mr. Cook(No), Ms. Godfrey (Yes), Ms. Copeland (Yes), Mr. <br /> Colombo (No), Ms. Clapprood (No). Mrs Thornbrugh was not eligible to <br /> vote on this application as she was not on the commission when this <br /> hearing was originally opened on 121712024 <br /> The motion does not pass (2-3) <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> The cominissioners provide their rational for their denials. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Cook to close and issue for the pier only and trail on the proposed <br /> plan be removed and approved by staff before the issue of the order of conditions and pending <br /> receipt of comments from Division of Marine Fisheries and any comments from DMF will be <br /> incorporated into an order of conditions if the project is approved.
