There is an existing order of conditions for the reconstruction and renovation <br /> of the existing dwelling. The existing pier is made of aluminum with grated decking, which was <br /> approved as part of the conditions for the dwelling. The proposal is to add 2 more 4' x 8' <br /> aluminum sections, along with a 6' x 6' square section,resulting in a 10' x 6' terminal end(60 sq <br /> ft). The Harbor Master has indicated no concerns regarding navigation. Mr. Dibb believes that <br /> this proposal meets the performance standards for both the Wetlands Protection Act and the <br /> Mashpee Regulations.
