During the construction process, the existing cottage will be connected to the <br /> septic system to make it habitable. <br /> In addition, there will be a water easement within the 150' buffer zone to the BVW, and a <br /> waterline connection will be made to the two new dwellings with temporary construction work in <br /> this zone.
