MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 14, 2024 <br /> Mr. Reidy read the Board of Health comments dated August 9,2024 into the record; "BOH:Septic <br /> submitted to zoning shows upgrade of septic with I/A technology with an increase of flow. 3 <br /> bedrooms in main house and I new bedroom above garage. Septic plan must be submitted to <br /> Health Department Permiteyes,for official review, when Building permit is pulled. " <br /> Mr. Reidy read the Conservation Department comments dated August 12, 2024 into the record; <br /> "Resource Areas: Buffer zone to Coastal Bank. RDA application was approved unanimously due <br /> to IA septic upgrade is in the outer buffer zone to the coastal bank and will be an improvement to <br /> the site. Second floor addition and deck addition is outside of wetland jurisdiction. " <br /> Mr. Goldstein asked a building related question if a second means of egress is required. <br /> Chairman Bonvie mentioned that if there are any changes to the plan, then another meeting would <br /> be required because it could increase the lot coverage. <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller wanted to confirm the height of the second story. The building plans did not <br /> have the exact dimension; however, the Board can refer their question to the Building <br /> Commissioner knowing he would not issue a building pen-nit if over the 35 ft. requirement. <br /> There were no more Board questions, and no questions from the audience. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush made a motion to <br /> close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell, second. All were in favor <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owner, Martha J. Kanter under <br /> §174-17 and §174-33 at 6 Kanter Lane with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan—6 Kanter Lane, Mashpee, MA. Scale: 1" = 20', Date: 2/21/24, Drawn by: JDR, <br /> Sheet 1 of 1, Job: No.: 5134. Revised: 5/30/24 Prop. Deck/Landing, Revised: 6/8/24, <br /> Revised by Atty. Prepared by: Cauley Site Services, LLC, Stamped and signed by: Richard <br /> J. Hood, PLS No. 3 503 1. <br /> 3. Floor Plan—Prepared for Kanter, Date: 12/18/23. A-1: 2nd Floor Plan, Garage Level Plan, <br /> A-3: Design Plan. <br /> 4.
