MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> DECEMBER 14,2022 <br /> Mr.Bonvie respects the decision of the zoning Enforcement Officer for the Board to review these <br /> particular projects. <br /> Mr. Colombo did not have any more comments and appreciated the Board's time to discuss the <br /> project. <br /> Mr. Anzivino concluded that he has a very modest project, and has worked closely with all the <br /> Departments. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion that the Board approve the Special Permit request for 393 <br /> Monomoscoy Road for the raze and replace project with the fallowing conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass general Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan—prepared for: Joseph Anzivino, 393 Monomoscoy Road, Mashpee, MA, Scale: <br /> 1" = 30', date: 12/12f2022. Prepared by: Capstone Design Build, Inc. An additional <br /> updated plan dated 12/14/2022. Stamped and signed by: Alfred M. Berry, Registered Land <br /> Surveyor No.: 36857. <br /> 3. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Board of Health comments be addressed as indicated by the Health <br /> Agent regarding the septic system. <br /> 5. Conditioned on the house plans that were supplied for 393 Monomoscoy Road dated <br /> 10/18/2022, Scale: 118" = 1'. Wender-Shubow requests a Special hermit under§174-17.1 <br /> of the zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family dwelling <br /> on property located in an R-5 zoning District, Map 57 Parcel 55, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members,Mr. Ganzenrnuller and Mr. Caggiano. <br />
