Brings request a Modification to an issued Written <br /> Finding (FINDING-2021-29) under §174-24 (C) (9) (a) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a sink <br /> and ductless A/C heat unit on the first floor. Applicant also proposes to reconfigure deck removal, <br /> and proposes to remove the door between the garage and dwelling on property located in the <br /> Popponesset Overlay District, and R-3 Zoning District, Map 118 Parcel 111, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the four regular Board members and George Ganzenmuller. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the homeowners for the modification request. There are <br /> no changes to the footprint,just reconfiguration. <br /> Mr. Furbush confirmed that the shed will be removed. <br /> Mr. Morris said that the original application required no mechanicals allowed in the garage. The <br /> storage above inside the garage is to remain unheated and unfinished. A portion of the deck is <br /> being removed to stay within the 25% lot coverage. The slop sink will be installed and will have a <br /> floor drain to the septic. He has no other issues. <br /> There were no comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read the Conservation Department comments into the record, and Board of <br /> Health comments;"Not a habitable space,no increase in septic flow.Storage area cannot be used <br /> as a "bedroom" <br /> 6 <br />
