Applicant also proposes to reconfigure deck removal, and <br /> proposes to remove the door between the garage and dwelling on property located in the <br /> Popponesset Overlay District, and R-3 Zoning District, Map 118 Parcel 111, Mashpee, MA with <br /> the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Modification to <br /> an existing Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded,yes <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> All were in favor to issue the Modification. <br /> 18 Wilson Grove: Petitioner, Greg Clancy Construction requests a Modification to an issued <br /> Special Permit (SP-2022-06) under §174-24 (C) (9) (d) to change the second floor porch into an <br /> enclosed office space, and adding six(6)windows (no change in footprint), on property located in <br /> the Popponesset Overlay District, and R-3 Zoning District, Map 118 Parcel 72, Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Owners of record: Laurie Mancinelli and Joseph Mancinelli). <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the four regular Board members and Ms. Sangeleer. <br /> Ms. Shannon Sylvester represented Clancy Construction and the homeowners. The original plans <br /> submitted depicted the area in the front was going to be a roof deck off the master bedroom, and <br /> will now be office space which will have a 6 ft. cased opening. There's no other changes. <br /> Mr. Goldstein noticed that the revised plan does not require a 6 ft. opening because it's connected <br /> to the bedroom, and shows office space. <br /> 7 <br />
