MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NO'VEMBER 9, 2022 <br /> 4 Blair Circle: Petitioner,Keith Gilmore requests a Modification to an issued Variance (V-2022- <br /> 13) and allow to change a 16' x 24' addition to a 16' x 23' addition on property located in an R-5 <br /> Zoning District, Map 3 Parcel 40, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of Record: Daniel E. Phillips). <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the four regular Board members and Ms. Sangeleer. <br /> Mr. Gilmore represented the project for the homeowner. There will be a reduction in the footprint <br /> of the addition and design modification from the original zoning application. The original <br /> application was approved back in March of this year. The roof lines will remain the same. <br /> Mr. Morris has no issues with the changes. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read the Board of Health and Conservation comments into the record. <br /> There were no comments from the audience or Board. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion that the Board approve the modification to an approved Variance for <br /> Owner, Daniel E. Phillips at 4 Blair Circle to change a 16' x 24' addition to a 16' x 23' addition <br /> on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 3 Parcel 40, Mashpee, MA with the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Modification of <br /> an approved Variance under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2.
