Chapter 40A §8 and 15. Applicant maintains that the lot is buildable <br /> pursuant to §174-24 (A) of the Zoning Bylaws without the need for relief from the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals, and that the proposed accessory apartment complies with §174-45.4, on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 90 Parcel 31, Mashpee, MA. (Continuedfrom September <br /> 28, 2022 hearings at the request of the Board). <br /> Ms. Sangelecr read a letter dated October 7, 2022 from Attorney I irrane requesting a withdrawal <br /> of this application. <br /> Attorney Kirrane represented the application. The Board continued the hearing suggesting that the <br /> Attorney meet with the Building Commissioner. He had a meeting and his client is submitting <br /> revised plans as suggested by the Building Commissioner,and he aspects no further review by the <br /> Board, and respectfully are withdrawing the appeal. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accepts the applicant's letter for 6 Jackbon Road asking <br /> for a withdrawal without prejudice. Mr. Goldstein, seconded, yes, Mr. Gould, yes, Ms. Sangeleer, <br /> yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, and Mr. Blaisdell, yes.
