MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTE OCTOBER 12, 2022 Mr. Collins is requesting that a change to the amount of canopies (2) solar canopies) would increase due to some technical work. The larger source canopy may be broken into four. There is no change in the foot print, square footage, or the height. Mr. Bonvie mentioned if a motion were made would a condition be acceptable to read "the footprint of the big;canopy size can be amended as far as segmentation, but not increased in size." Mr. Blaisdell read the Conservation Department comments; "not within wetlands jurisdiction" and no comments from Board of Health.. Mr. Goldstein wanted to make sure there is no retail sales unless they return to the Board. There were no comments from the audience. Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owner, NG 118 Echo LLC under§174-82 and §174--25 G(13)of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of two(2) solar canopies approximately 43,585 sq. ft. with mounted solar modules and a paved asphalt lot for use as a contractors yard on property located in an I1 and R5 Zoning Districts, and Groundwater Protection District, Map 19 Parcel 09, Mashpee, MA. 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. 2.
