MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTE <br /> OCTOBER 12, 2022 <br /> Mr. Collins is requesting that a change to the amount of canopies (2) solar canopies) would <br /> increase due to some technical work. The larger source canopy may be broken into four. There is <br /> no change in the foot print, square footage, or the height. <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned if a motion were made would a condition be acceptable to read "the <br /> footprint of the big;canopy size can be amended as far as segmentation, but not increased in size." <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the Conservation Department comments; "not within wetlands jurisdiction" <br /> and no comments from Board of Health.. <br /> Mr. Goldstein wanted to make sure there is no retail sales unless they return to the Board. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owner, NG 118 Echo LLC <br /> under§174-82 and §174--25 G(13)of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of two(2) solar <br /> canopies approximately 43,585 sq. ft. with mounted solar modules and a paved asphalt lot for use <br /> as a contractors yard on property located in an I1 and R5 Zoning Districts, and Groundwater <br /> Protection District, Map 19 Parcel 09, Mashpee, MA. <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
