Conditioned that there will be no paint mixing, but paint storage is allowed. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded, yes <br /> Mr. Pittsley, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell., yes. <br /> All were in favor of the Special Permit. <br /> 118 Echo Road: Owner, NG 118 Echo LLC requests a Special Permit under §174-82 and §174- <br /> 25 G(13) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of two (2) solar canopies approximately <br /> 43,585 sq. ft. with mounted solar modules and a paved asphalt lot for use as a contractors yard on <br /> property located in an Il and R5 Zoning Districts, and Groundwater Protection District, Map 19 <br /> Parcel 09, Mashpee, MA. (Contin ued from September 28, 2022 hearings at the request of the <br /> Board). <br /> Mr.Nathan Collins with Nextgrid,and Brendon Reall,with Atlantic Design Engineers represented <br /> the solar canopy project at 118 Echo Rd. At the last meeting the Board heard the presentation, and <br /> requested peer review to review the storm water report,and the proposed contractor yard, etc. The <br /> comments were formerly submitted in writing by Pesce Engineering. There were response <br /> comments submitted by Atlantic Design that were not available for the Board to review until at <br /> the meeting. <br /> Mr. Collins said that there will be a series of canopies over a paved contractor's yard lot for use of <br /> storage of solar panels, steel columns, racks and equipment. The other portion of the yard will be <br /> utilized for employee parking. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read the peer review letter submitted by Pesce Engineering dated October 11,2022 <br /> into the record. Mr. Ganzenmuller read the response letter from Atlantic Design dated October 12, <br /> 2022 into the record. <br /> Mr. Bonvie suggested that if he made a motion, that Atlantic Design make certain that their <br /> responses to the peer review are signed off. <br />
