MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF A'PPEAI.,.S MEETING MINUTES OCTOBER 1.29 2022 Mr. 'Bonvie noticed-that the site plan did not have the correct dimen.s.1ons for-the water service and main., He requested a re-vsed plan. Attorney Kirrane said, that he can have the plan revised to depict the correct water service d ng spaces imensions. Some of-the parking was renio-ved-to provide a l n oad-ing zo e. and some parki. will be remo-ved., 'rhere is no asphalt being added. The representative fi-om.Down Cape Engineering explained that the drainage systems are exiostin.g. There"s a small amount of asphalt over the entrance-way to allow:for vehiclesto enter adequately. All the catch basins are existing. The Board bad a conversation., and. Mr. . would like a revised site plan. depicting the 8" rnain'. and to make sure-the Fire Department accepts this change. Attorney Kirrane ment.ioned that there was one minor recornmendatlon'that hewould 1.1ke revised regarding"no paint stored.onsate"", and.would like-the condition to be"no,mixing of in onsite". There -were no corrmients or 'issues on this project from. any dqpartments, and there were -no comments firom the audience. Mr. Bonvie made.a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Pet1-t1on-er, 'WCR, '[n.c. d/b/a NAPA AutoParts Cape Cod, of 502 Main Street -under §1.74-25 E (12) and §174-25 G (6) of-the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a change of use to operate a NAPA.
