The Board cannot <br /> control or prohibit this type of situation. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read the comments submitted by the Conservation Commission that the project was <br /> approved. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owners, Leanna Glare Orr and <br /> Jesse Richmond Oberst of 7 Slippershell Way under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze an <br /> existing non-conforming single family residence and replace it with a new single family residence <br /> on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 119 Parcel 36, Mashpee, MA with the <br /> following conditions; <br /> 1. The Beard has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
