There were no more <br /> comments from the Board. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Variance to Owner,Kimberly A. Ridenour of 79 <br /> Neshobe road under §174_31 (Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for <br /> construction of a 24 ft. by 26 ft. detached garage on property located in an R-3 zoning District, <br /> Map 125, Parcel 56, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance under <br /> Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Proposed Subsurface Sewage Disposal System for 79 Neshobe Road, Mashpee, M.A. <br /> Prepared for: limberly Ridenour, 24 Cranberry Lane, Mashpee, MA. Scale: 1" =20'M <br /> Drawn by: CES, Date: August 04, 2022, Sheet 1 of 1, Prepared by Carmen E.
