" "Although Mr. Evans site visit on January 4, <br /> 1993 indicated all refuse was removed it was discovered the <br /> individual disposed of the refuse on Payamps Road. " <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Peter Watts - Composting a reement <br /> Mr. Watts was in attendance to discuss payment for <br /> composting/screening services. <br /> Mr. McQuaid questioned the amount of screening indicated <br /> on the invoice submitted by Mr. Watts as the amount conflicts <br /> with what was initially measured. <br /> Mr. Greelish agreed with Mr. McQuaid's comment and in- <br /> formed Mr. Watts, "The first windrow was measured at ap- <br /> proximately 350 to 375 yards. " "I would recommend Board mem- <br /> bers, Health Agents and Mr. Watts meet at the composting area <br /> to measure the screened material.
