" "The owner did € <br /> offer to pay for the' abutterlto connect to town water how- , <br /> ever, no further action has taken place. " "The owner is re- <br /> questing a 45' local variance from the on-site, proposed <br /> leaching facility to abutting well, (lot 40) . " "The abut- <br /> ter did not object to the variance request provided - reim- <br /> bursement is made for installation and excavation costs. " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve installation of the pro- <br /> posed leaching facility with the stipulation the owners of 29 <br /> Chatham Lane and 35 Chatham Lane fulfill the agreement <br /> reached with their Counsel, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> 14 STARBOARD DRIVE - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a <br /> preapproved subdivision with well and septic systems laid out <br /> per the master plan. " "The owner is requesting 39' local <br /> variance from the proposed on-site well and the proposed <br /> on-site leaching facility and a 23' local variance from the <br /> proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (lot <br /> 35) . " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variances as stated by <br /> Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> 9 PEQUOT COURT - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a preapproved <br /> subdivision. " "Well and septic locations conform with the <br /> master plan.
