" "I would recommend the Board grant a six month ex- tension from date of expiration. " Mr. Ball motioned to grant a six month perc extension from date of expiration, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. 7. ) Variance request, 33 Cranberry avenue - Mr. McQuaid re- layed, "The owner is requesting a 19' local variance from the proposed leaching facility to abutting well, (lot 264) . " "Town water will service the dwelling. " Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the 19' local variance as requested, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. 8. ) S.E. Association of B.O.H. 's meeting 6 30 93 - Acknowl- edged. 9. ) Letter from S.J. DiMaggio re: Brush and Stumps - Mr. Doherty stepped down from the matter as he found it to be a conflict of interest. Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. DiMaggio has indicated com- mercial sticker holders are disposing of excessive amounts of brush and other landscaping wastes. " "He did not anticipate the large amount coming in and would like to initiate a fee schedule for the landscaping material. " Mr. Greelish recommended Mr. DiMaggio attend an upcoming meeting to discuss the matter. i i Mr. Ball agreed. *****NEW BUSINESS***** 19 Wilson's Grove Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. Evans inspected the site and certified the system in failure." "There will be no increase in habitable space. " "The installation of a 1500 gallon tank is proposed with five flow diffusers. " "The affidavit has been signed. " "The owner is requesting a 5' sideline vari- ance. " ' Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 5' variance from the foun- dation to the leaching facility as requested, Mr. • Greelish seconded, all agreed.
