r , <br /> MINUTES July 1 , 1993 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> i <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant approval for the septage <br /> pumping firm d/b/a "Canto" to utilize the Rhode Island <br /> septage treatment facility on a temporary basis until such <br /> time as the Mashpee/Sandwich pretreatment septage plant is <br /> operational , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 8. ) Memos from Town Clerk re: Stickers - Acknowledged. <br /> jI 9 . ) Perc extension and variance request, 43 Tobisset St. _ <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The lot was reperked on March 10, <br /> 1992. " ".Plans were previously approved and a permit was is- <br /> sued in 1987 . " "I would recommend the Board approve the pert <br /> extension and variances as requested. " <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a 6 month pert extension <br /> from date of expiration, a 451, local variance from the pro- <br /> posed on-site leaching facility to abutting well , (lot 79A) , <br /> a 33' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching fa <br /> cility to the proposed'on-site well and the owner is required <br /> to sign the affidavit which requires public water installa- <br /> tion once available, as requested, Mr. Ball seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> 10. ) Emergency failure certifications - 25 Uncatena and 256 <br /> Monomoscoy Island Road <br /> 25 UNCATENA ROAD - Mr. McQuaid stated, "All abutters are re- <br /> ceiving town water. " ]$Upon inspection I found the system to <br /> be over flowing.." <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the septic repair upgrade <br /> with the stipulation the owner(s) signs the affidavit which <br /> disallows an increase in habitable space, Mr. Ball seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" form. <br /> i <br /> 256 MONOMOSCOY ISLAND ROAD - <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "I inspected the leaching facility <br /> and found the leach pit 2/3 full . " "The system was just re- <br /> cently pumped. " <br /> I <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the septic repair upgrade <br /> with the stipulation a repair plan is submitted and approved <br /> by the Health Agent, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> I <br /> 11. ) Z.B.A. agenda, 7 14 93 - Acknowledged. <br />
