" "We are currently holding the occupancy permit on the second of the two which were put in without re- newing the permit. " i Mr. Harvey stated, "Two of the systems are in. " "I have done work for Mr. Priestly for years and are well aware of the regulations. " "It was a slipup. " "I thought where a bank was involved and Mr. Priestly was dealing with the bank that they had already pulled the permit. " "It was a mistake on my behalf and I am responsible for it and I apologize. " Mr. Greelish commented, "I don't see any problem other than the fee and appropriate documentation being presented to the Board. " Mr. Doherty commented, "Installer's doing business for an extended period of time know better however, provided ev- erything meets with the health agents approval I will agree with Mr. Greelish. " AT THIS TIME, (7: 20 P.M. ) MR. BALL REENTERED THE MEETING . 3 . ) Notice of D.E.P. site visit - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I spoke with Michael Scipione who indicated he had already taken care of this matter. " "All the information has been j forwarded to D.E.P. . " Mr. Greelish directed the Agent to request Mr. Scipione provide us with a copy of all correspondence to and from D.E.P. . 4. ) Letter from Kinney to Chairman re: Meeting - Acknowl- edged. 5. ) Letter to D. Karson re: Horseshoe Bend Way_/Tri-Town Circle - Acknowledged. 6. ) Emergency failure certifications: 80 Walton Health way, 111 Route 130 and 47 Orchard Road 80 WALTON HEALTH WAY - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site and found septage running down the street. " "I autho- rized immediate repair. " Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- gency Repair Certification" form. 111 ROUTE 130 - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I inspected the site and found the cesspool full . " "All wells are in excess of 150' from the leaching facility. "
