MINUTES February 24 , 1994 3 BOARD OF HEALTH Mr. Greelish directed the Agent to contact the contrac- tor and work with him to allow Mr. Mirto to take some of the composting material off the back ends of the windrows . Mr. Mirto relayed, "I might have an acre that I will need now for May but it will be an ongoing process. " 6. ) Assistant Agent's step increase - Mr. McQuaid commended Mr. Evans for his assistance and recommended his step in- crease. Mr. Greelish motioned to approve a step increase for the Assistant Health Agent effective from his anniversary date, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. *****NEW BUSINESS***** Perc Extension Re uest - 120 Fells Pond Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The perc expired September 15, 1993 . " "The owner is requesting a six month perc extension. " Mr. Ball motioned to grant a six month perc extension from date of expiration, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. Perc Extension Request - 88 Shorewood Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The perc will expire on March 23, 1994. " "The owner is requesting a six month perc extension. " Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 6 month perc extension from date of expiration, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. APPOINTMENT: Attorney Jeremy Carter - 276 Monomoscoy Road Attorney Carter was in attendance for this scheduled ap- pointment. Attorney Carter stated, "I am present this evening rep- resenting Patrick and Joseph Foley to request a formal vote on the habitable space issue. " "The Board did make a site visit to the lot on Saturday. " "Mr. Foley is proposing to eliminate the basement cellar bedroom living area that he has on the first floor as the basement cellar is above ground and take that exact same space keeping that exact same foot print and moving it to a second floor. " "It is my understanding the Board has received several statements of past guests who have stayed in the basement bedroom. " Mr. Ball stated, "The existing system does make State code. "
