" <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" forms. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Tom Howes - ' Willowbend Treatment Plant <br /> Mr. Tom Howes was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "When Mr. Hostetter was owner of <br /> Willowbend we worked with D.E.P. extensively." "We got the <br /> Country Club going and knew the treatment plant would not be <br /> on line for a couple of years." "In negotiating with Mr. <br /> Hostetter and Mr. Howes we agreed to interim septic systems <br /> specifically, two condominium complexes and the country club <br /> complex. " "They went through the necessary engineering to <br /> establish an interim Title V septic system for these com- <br /> plexes which were D.E.P. approved. " "The are progressing to <br /> by <br /> the point now where the treatment is basically approved <br /> the D.E.P. . " "I witnessed the clear water test which is the <br /> final inspection indicating that the system is on line and <br /> running properly and I received the verbal okay from D.E.P. <br /> to that effect." "Willow is now in a position where somit <br /> e <br /> perspective buyers of individual family lots want occupancy. <br /> ,,it turns out that some of these particular homes are on the <br /> right side of Quinaquinsett Road and in order for those homes <br /> to be tied into the treatment plant calls for a pump station <br /> between that area and the treatment plant."
