"The new date of expiration would be June 29 , 1994 . " Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a six month perc extension from date of expiration, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. 6 , ) Emer enc Roa failure certification 51 Brewster d 77 Waterway and 41 Marwa Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected all three failures and found them all in failure. " Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- gency Repair Certification" forms. APPOINTMENT: Tom Howes - ' Willowbend Treatment Plant Mr. Tom Howes was in attendance for this scheduled ap- pointment. Mr. McQuaid relayed, "When Mr. Hostetter was owner of Willowbend we worked with D.E.P. extensively." "We got the Country Club going and knew the treatment plant would not be on line for a couple of years." "In negotiating with Mr. Hostetter and Mr. Howes we agreed to interim septic systems specifically, two condominium complexes and the country club complex. " "They went through the necessary engineering to establish an interim Title V septic system for these com- plexes which were D.E.P. approved. " "The are progressing to by the point now where the treatment is basically approved the D.E.P. . " "I witnessed the clear water test which is the final inspection indicating that the system is on line and running properly and I received the verbal okay from D.E.P. to that effect." "Willow is now in a position where somit e perspective buyers of individual family lots want occupancy. ,,it turns out that some of these particular homes are on the right side of Quinaquinsett Road and in order for those homes to be tied into the treatment plant calls for a pump station between that area and the treatment plant." "That pump sta- tion is not on line, therefore I will not sign-off on an oc- cupancy permit on those homes until I have proof "froMr.DHowes that the pump station is in place and operating. is present this evening to inform Board members they can handle the sewerage from those homes through a licensed pumper, " "Sewerage from those homes will flow into a pump alled to Pump station holding tank until those1�They are periodically pump that to the treatment plant.
