Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variance relief as stated by Mr. McQuaid with the stipulation the owner agree to sign the affidavit which requires public water hook-up upon availability, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. #41 HOGAN DRIVE - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The lot is in con- formance with the master plan. " "The owner is requesting a 3' local variance from the proposed on-site well to the abut- ting leaching facility, (#49 Hogan Drive) . Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the 3' local variance as requested with the stipulation the owner sign the affidavit which requires public water hook-up upon availability, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. 61 CAPPAWACK ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The owner is re- questing the Board grant variance relief for the installation of a leaching facility." "The following variances are neces- sitated; a 30' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (#33 Cappawack Rd. ) and a 24' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facil- ity to abutting well, (#123 Old Brickyard Road) .
