" "The owner is <br /> requesting a 45' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to the proposed abutting well , (#21 Hogan <br /> Drive) , a 38' local variance from the proposed on-site leach- <br /> ing facility to the proposed on-site well and a 38' local <br /> variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abut- <br /> ting well , (#35 Hogan Drive) . <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variance relief as <br /> stated by Mr. McQuaid with the stipulation the owner agree to <br /> sign the affidavit which requires public water hook-up upon <br /> availability, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> #41 HOGAN DRIVE - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The lot is in con- <br /> formance with the master plan. " "The owner is requesting a <br /> 3' local variance from the proposed on-site well to the abut- <br /> ting leaching facility, (#49 Hogan Drive) . <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the 3' local variance as <br /> requested with the stipulation the owner sign the affidavit <br /> which requires public water hook-up upon availability, Mr. <br /> Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 61 CAPPAWACK ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The owner is re- <br /> questing the Board grant variance relief for the installation <br /> of a leaching facility." "The following variances are neces- <br /> sitated; a 30' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to abutting well, (#33 Cappawack Rd. ) and a <br /> 24' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facil- <br /> ity to abutting well, (#123 Old Brickyard Road) . " <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as stated by <br /> Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Emergency Failure Certification - 7 antu't Pond Road <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" form. <br /> e uest for pumping- license - William Robinson <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a 1994 pumping license to <br /> William Robinson, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Emergency Failure Certification - 150 Pimlico Pond Road <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" form. <br />
