� w <br /> MINUTES February 2, 1995 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to accept the Executive Session minutes of January 26, 1995, <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 4.) Memo from Town Counsel re: New Title V- Acknowledged. <br /> 5.) Personnel Board liaison - Acknowledged. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> 6.) Proposed town hall renovations- Acknowledged. <br /> 7.) Public Health Advisory - Board members agreed to discuss this matter in <br /> Executive Session. <br /> r <br /> 8.) Title V& Betterment workshop. 2/I0/95 - Health agents will attend the meeting. <br /> 9.) Survey of Reusables - Discussion took place regarding the possibility of a swap <br /> shop. <br /> Mr. Ball stated he will research the possibility of setting up a swap shop for <br /> reusable items. <br /> 10.) Variance request, 84 Red Brook Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The owner is <br /> requesting a 23' local variance from the proposed on-site well to abutting leaching facility <br /> and a 9' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to the proposed on-site <br /> well." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "Plans are incomplete as they do not indicate all local <br /> variances necessitated." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the variance requests based on incomplete plans, <br /> Mr. Cram seconded, all greed. <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Emergency Failure Certification- 207 Great Neck Road South <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site and found the cesspool full." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br />
