TOWN HALL WATER SUPPLY - Mr. Evans relayed, "D.E.P, will not approve the <br /> proposal." <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> FILL FROM HIGH SCHOOL <br /> Mr. Ball questioned where the contractor was bringing the fill. <br /> Mr. Doherty directed the agent to forward a letter to the High School Building <br /> Committee, referencing the town by-law regarding the removal of fill and relay that Board <br /> of Health members have witnessed trucks constantly hauling fill out and heading north on <br /> Route 151. "We would like to know where the fill is going, if a variance was given for its <br /> removal out of town and who authorized it." <br />
