Jones re! hjph ee River- Board members agreed to continue this <br /> matter until next week's meeting as Fields Point is scheduled to meet with the Board at <br /> that time. <br /> MEETINGS <br /> C.C. Commission Regional Policy Plan - Acknowledged. <br /> Ashumet-John's Pond Association - Acknowledged. <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> 67 Hook Drive. {Kirscher) <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "It seems the septic system at 67 Hook Drive was installed on <br /> the abutter's property." "I informed the owner this may be a civil matter." "The system <br /> was installed in 1985." <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "I would recommend the agent forward a letter to the <br /> attorney informing him according to our records plans delineate the system was installed <br /> as designed." "If his client insists the leaching facility located on 67 Hook Drive is indeed <br /> encroaching upon his land then he must file a civil law suit." <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> DISCUSSION -Transfer Station Stickers <br /> Mr. Doherty relayed, "As you know I have been working for over two years to get <br /> some sort of automated system at the Transfer Station." "Although I know it will not be <br /> ready next year I would like to make a move for next year, sort of like a primer toward <br /> that goal." "I would like to have bar codes on the 1996 stickers." <br /> Mr. Cram questioned, "What is the additional costs." <br /> Mr. Doherty replied, "I am unsure." "I will solicit bids from various companies." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve 1996 Transfer Station/Landfill stickers with <br /> serialized bar codes on them with the stipulation the cost of 5000 stickers remains under <br /> $1000.00, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br />
