MINUTES May 21, 1998 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> i <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Request for Retail Food Permit - "Cannoli's Italian Bakery" <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "The applicant is proposing a retail food business." `They <br /> have an approved bakery in Worcester and they are proposing to transport the product to <br /> this facility." "I inspected the premises today." "They have satisfactory equipment but I <br /> was not satisfied with everything." "I will reinspect tomorrow." <br /> Mr. McQuaid questioned, "What are they proposing for transportation to the <br /> Cape?" <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "They have a truck." "They received very good <br /> recommendations from the Board of Health in Worcester." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve a 1998 Retail Food Permit to "Cannoli's Italian <br /> Bakery"pending final inspection, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> LF4 Site <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The road is in." "Cleanup is proposed for June 1t." "It <br /> will take approximately five days to cleanup the entire site." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Human Services Budget <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "The Committee reviewed all the Human Service agencies." <br /> "That is how they arrived at the funding amounts." <br /> Mr. Ball continued this matter until next week's meeting. <br />
