MINUTES April 13, 2000 2 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as outlined in a cover letter <br /> submitted by Christopher Costa & Associates dated November 16, 1999. Mr. <br /> Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 94 Mcadowbrook Road <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 14.9' from the proposed well to the <br /> proposed septic system at 94 Meadowbrook Road. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variance as outlined in a cover letter submitted <br /> by Yankee Survey Consultants dated December 7, 1999. Mr. Ball seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 14 Ships Wheel <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 45' from the proposed leach field to the <br /> well servicing 8 Ships Wheel and a variance of 30' from the proposed leach field <br /> to the well servicing 17 Ships Wheel. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to deny the variances as outlined in the cover letter <br /> submitted by Advanced Technical Solutions dated December 2, 1999 due to <br /> inaccurate septic and well distance locations shown on the plan. Mr. Ball <br /> seconded the motion. Motion to deny passed. <br /> 86 Horseshoe Bend Way <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 30' from the proposed leach field to the <br /> well servicing 89 Horseshoe Bend Way. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to deny the variance as outlined in the cover letter <br /> submitted by Advanced Technical Solutions dated December 6, 1999 due to <br /> inaccurate well distance locations shown on the plan. Mr. Ball seconded the <br /> motion. Motion to deny passed. <br /> 409 Monomoscoy Road <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 24' from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the well servicing 411 Monomoscoy Road. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to deny the variance as outlined in a cover letter from Cape <br /> & Islands Engineering dated December 2, 1999 based on the design of five <br /> bedrooms (existing 1-bedroom cottage and a proposed 4-bedroom addition). <br /> Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion to deny passed. <br /> 324 Great Neck Road <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 17' from the existing well to the <br /> proposed soil absorption system. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to deny the variance as outlined in a cover letter from Cape <br /> & Islands Engineering dated December 6, 1999 due to inaccurate well to septic <br /> delineation.
