Definitive Subdivision Plan -- Haystack Realty Trust {cont'd from previous BOH <br /> meetin <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the definitive subdivision plan for Haystack <br /> Realty Trust as submitted. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Anthony Santos/AAA Disposal re: Trash_ Hauler's License <br /> Mr. Anthony Santos of AAA Disposal was in attendance for this scheduled <br /> appointment. <br /> Board member Mr. Santos stated for the record that he is no relation to Mr. Anthony <br /> Santos of AAA Disposal. <br /> Mr. Anthony Santos stated that he would like to obtain a trash hauler's license in <br /> Mashpee for his company, AAA Disposal, and would like the $500 annual fee prorated <br /> for the remainder of 2000. He also indicated that he would provide the Town with the <br /> necessary $1000.00 bond. <br /> Mr. Glenn Santos motioned to approve the trash hauler's license for AAA Disposal <br /> pending the receipt of the $1000 bond, inspection of Mr. Santos' vehicles and the <br /> payment of$596.00 for the remainder of 2000 and all of calendar year 2001. Stendahl Place <br /> Ms. Warden stated that the Stendahl Place Condominium complex septic <br /> systems are in failure with the exception of one system. She went out there <br /> with an installer and.uncovered all the manholes, which showed pipes leading <br /> to nowhere, everything was full, septic tanks were full, and pits were full. There <br />
