Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 9. Request for nitrogen loadinz calculation reconsideration - Great Hay Acres <br /> Board acknowledged <br /> 10. Revised plans <br /> 4 Waterline Drive <br /> The applicant submitted revised plans based on the Board's previous <br /> suggestion. Applicant is now requesting a 4' variance from the font lot line to <br /> the soil absorption system and a variance of 33' from the wetlands. Applicant is <br /> proposing a FAST denitrifying system. <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the revised plans and the variances as outlined <br /> in a cover letter from The Phoenix Group dated September 8, 2000. Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 132 Waterway <br /> The applicant submitted revised plans based on the Board's previous <br /> suggestion. Applicant is now requesting a 1.8' variance from the property line <br /> to the soil absorption system. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve the revised plans and the variance as outlined <br /> in a cover letter from The Phoenix Group dated September 18, 2000, Mr. <br /> Santos seconded the motion. Variance request <br /> 825 Cotuit Road <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 29' from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the existing well, a variance of 35' from the reserve soil absorption <br /> system to the existing well, a variance of 12' from the well servicing #829 to the <br /> proposed soil absorption system, a variance of 23' from the proposed reserve <br /> soil absorption system to the well servicing #829, and a variance of 10' from the <br />
