1 <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> November 15th, 2001 <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM. <br /> Members Present: Steven R. Ball, L. Glen Santos, Glenn E. Harrington, and Veronica <br /> Warden. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING: IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. L. Glen Santos, Co-Chairman <br /> 1. Sign Warrants. <br /> Warrants Signed. <br /> 2. Approve minutes of October 18th, 2001. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that all the Board members were not present. He recommended <br /> that they wait until all Board members were present to approve the minutes. <br /> 3. Emergency Repair Certifications: <br /> 8 Cambridge Lane: <br /> Mr. Harrington indicated that it was a three-bedroom home. The pit was filled up <br /> to the cover. The intent is to install two 500-gallon chambers with 4' of stone in a <br /> 13x25x2-leach trench. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency Failure Certification <br /> form. <br /> 162 Whippoorwill Circle: <br /> Mr. Harrington indicated that septic tank and leach pit were full up to the inside of <br /> the covers. The intent is to install a properly sized leach field according to the <br /> number of bedrooms. The site is on town water The abutter, 158, is on town water <br /> and 168 has a well. The town assessor has the house listed as a two-bedroom. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency Failure Certification <br /> form. <br /> 44 Scituate Road: <br /> Mr. Harrington indicated that effluent was encountered above the level of the pit <br /> manhole.
