Residential Food Permit: J. K. Enterprise, 25 Pond View Drive <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that this gentleman came and advised the BOH that his <br /> intent was to make cookies in a residential kitchen to be sold wholesale. He <br /> basically did a single bay car conversion. Mr. Harrington did the original <br /> inspection. Ms. Warden did the follow up inspection. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if he had hours of operation. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he did not have any specific hours listed to the best of <br /> his knowledge. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that the hours of operation would be a zoning board issue and <br /> not the BOH issue. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to grant the request for a residential food permit for J.K. <br /> Enterprise and to incorporate the permit from 2001 to 2002. Mr. Santos seconded <br /> the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 5. Conflict of Interest Training: <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the Town is holding a "Conflict of Interest Training." It <br /> is going to be held on December 5th, 2001. The office of the selectmen needed to <br /> know how many people were going to be attending in order to provide the vendor <br /> with this information. They also wanted to know if there were enough people to <br /> have two sessions or one. Mr. Harrington stated that it was only mandatory for <br /> department heads. <br /> Mr. Ball said that he might pop in, in order sit back and listen. Did Mr. Harrington <br /> need to have his name for that? <br /> Ms. Warden stated that they would call him before the training took place. <br /> Mr. Harrington did not want to speak for John Doherty. However, he wanted to <br /> know if Mr. Doherty was familiar with this type of training. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that Mr. Doherty has been through this type of training many <br />
