He offered his opinion <br /> by stating the following example. He began by stating that one of the problems that <br /> they have is that you need seed stock for these organism to digest the effluent. <br /> Let's say they test on January Pt, and a couple with a large family comes down the <br /> week before Christmas. They stay two weeks and use it a lot. It takes more than <br /> two-weeks to get the microbiology going. Therefore, if you test on January Pt, you <br /> are going to get this high reading because the system is not operating efficiently <br /> and/or the winter cold air and ground exacerbates the situation because the <br />
