But, it would perk <br /> anyway. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that as it stands now it doesn't meet State code. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky replied that does meet State code. But, that is without doing a deep- <br /> watered perk and he understood the ramifications of that issue. The material below <br /> 8 to 9' was good sand. If they were in another town they would just take it out. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that somewhere down there is good soil. But, they did not <br /> witness it. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that they did not get 4' of it. He wasn't saying that. <br /> Ms. Warden continued by stating that they may have filled in the water at the time <br /> too. Who knows what the height of the groundwater was then too? <br /> Mr. Slavinsky interjected that he wasn't here to argue. He was here to discuss what <br /> other alternatives or options where available to his client, Mr. Mahoney. <br />
