It should be reconsidered as an option. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked what type of money was available for far-fetched plans such as <br /> zero discharge where the applicant wants to be environmentally friendly. The solids <br /> are a no-brainer. What do you do with the liquids? <br /> Mr. Slavinsky continued by stating that this peat layer is maybe 4 to 5'. It is played <br /> out and solid. <br /> Mr. Ball asked again how many bedrooms are being proposed. <br /> Mr. Mahoney responded that he would like a living room, dining room, two-car <br /> garage and a one bedroom. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that the one-bedroom wasn't being realistic. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that the maximum would be two bedrooms. Environmentally, <br /> they could put in a denitrification system because they are far enough away from <br /> the pond. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if the peat would hold the system back or would they still need to do <br /> the strip-out. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky responded that they would still need to do the strip out.
