But that is more money. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky replied that they could do that. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that if you pull up a core sample you are going to know where <br /> you stand. At least it would keep the applicant from digging up a big hole and <br /> being disappointed. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky continued that the groundwater came in so quickly which would <br /> suggest that there is "perkable" material. <br />
