He <br /> wasn't sure how many lots where left out there. This might be the only one. <br /> Mr. Ball agreed that it looked like the only one left. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that the subdivision was all built up and what they have <br /> offered here guaranteed better than any septic out there along with a deeded <br /> restriction on a two-bedroom house. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if there was any opposition from the abutters. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky replied that if the BOH wanted they would hold a public hearing? <br /> Mr. Ball replied that the applicant shouldn't waste the money if the permit <br /> application was not going to be approved. He recommended that they determine <br /> what the two other board members where going to do in this matter. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that they would be willing to have a public hearing because <br /> they are asking for a variance to a Mashpee by-law. <br /> Mr. Ball confirmed that they would have to anyway. <br /> Mr. Santos interjected that he was not going to waiver on a de-watered perk <br /> order. It seems to him that he is going to need a de-watered perk to perk this lot. <br /> Correct? <br /> Ms. Warden reminded Mr. Santos that the BOH adopted the 5' of naturally <br /> occurring soil. Then there is the state 4'. Therefore, even if the BOH grants the <br /> variance. The applicant still needs to get state approval. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that they couldn't go to the state until they get approval <br /> from the town. So why discuss it. <br />
