This never happened before when she was <br /> present. <br /> Mr. Doherty responded that this was called "Murphy's Law." <br /> Ms. Chen stated that most things that happened involved the chef in the report. She <br /> can hire another chef who has the certification. They can test him or whatever. She just <br /> wants the BOH to give him a chance. <br /> Mr. Doherty replied that he was all for giving them a chance. He was just concerned <br /> that it was just not getting through. <br />
