Mert expects to begin starting fundraising mailings in a couple of weeks. FMSC volunteers will be <br /> assisting with this task. <br /> OPEN DISCUSSION. Dick Capelotti reminded the Building Committee that the landscape <br /> subcommittee would need a footprint of the building, with lies and levels of the land. Iry stated that <br /> the Town is interested in putting up a screen in the area. According to the Clerk of the Works, there <br /> is some fast-growing shrubbery currently archived by the DPW that can be moved into the area. Dick <br /> commented that low maintenance landscaping would be something the landscaping committee would <br /> keep in mind. <br /> In summary, Iry stated that he is quite encouraged with the enthusiasm demonstrated by the <br /> Contractor. He will meet or beat his finish date, despite some lost days due to the weather. <br /> The next two Building Committee meetings were scheduled for Monday, April 5, 2004, and Tuesday, <br /> April 2e, 2004.
