She was disappointed that the monthly meetings that <br />Gus Frederick had been previously attending with the principals have fizzled. <br />Robert Whritenour will write up his key points for this Committee, School <br />Committee, and Selectmen so that in a short time, we can look at the progress made. <br />b. New Advisory Member - Gus Frederick will make contact with Mr. <br />McCuish. <br />c. Focus Groups - Updates - Peggy Geary's focus group would be held <br />April 8th. <br />d. Budgets - Gus Frederick went over budget for all the camps. This included <br />staff and how much we will be spending. Gus went over the number of <br />campers already signed up and mentioned that we are looking at <br />approximately 75 kids. <br />e. Spring Programming - The group went over spring programming during <br />discussion about program expansion. <br />f. Daffodil Days - Gus Frederick mentioned that the dates of Daffodil Days will <br />be May 2"d and 3rd. He would like Leisure Services Advisory Council to <br />participate. A discussion took place and the group decided to put on a Double <br />Dare parent /child game. <br />g. Lights at Heritage Park - Little League has all of the costs. They have to <br />meet with the Finance Committee. <br />VII Adiournment - Pat Riley made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 PM. Pat <br />Antonellis seconded.
