Kim Whitney said that the
Community College is totally being utilized on Saturdays. A lot of colleges would
like to have access to the Cape area. For example, Curry college is looking for
something on the Cape.
Robert Whritenour will go over the following:
1. Expand Adult Education portion of what we are doing.
2. We try to budget that in our
program allocation.
Ken Marsters suggested that we hire someone with flexibility. Gus Frederick
mentioned that if we bring someone in it would be for July. Perhaps we could switch
phones to ring over at the school in the evening.
Terrie Cook had concerns regarding cancellations. The supervisor in the evening
can check in instructors or they could sign in. Terrie Cook asked to make sure that the
principals, Gus Frederick, and Facilities Supervisor try to make sure there are no cleaning
problems. Terrie Cook wanted to know if all the programs are approved for the summer.
Gus Frederick mentioned that Niki Mills and Mike DiMaggio wanted to run a one week
camp, but this still needs to be discussed with principal.
Robert Whritenour mentioned that the principals have been good at resolving
issues that may come up. Terrie Cook said that sometimes we forget that the principals
