V <br />VII. <br />Review of Revolving Account will be available for the June meeting. <br />Capital Budget was approved for $29,000.00. Gus passed out a list on the 9500 <br />GVW fifteen passenger van for around $25,000.00. Drivers and gas maintenance <br />will come out of revolving. <br />Lights at Heritage - Lights for Heritage Park were approved by the Town <br />meeting. $15,000 - Little League has around $20,000. Little League should come <br />in and meet with us in June. These lights are for the back field. Gus originally <br />wanted the front field lit - to have some of the soccer area lit. But the front field is <br />not a little league field. Should be ready for spring. MaryAnn said they are <br />recommending that no money be discussed at the October Town Meeting. -- <br />Jim <br />Jim and Gus met with Mike Home regarding some groups trying to use fields at <br />all schools - usage agreements. <br />Summer Programming - Add Youth Track from end of May through July - <br />computer class graduate level run through Salem State - Monday through Friday <br />program. <br />In January Gus met with everyone for school usage for the summer - camps, Mike <br />Forde, Circle of Caring, Summer School, middle school, and high school. <br />MaryAnn reconfirmed dates - so that the class would only go to Aug. 21. Kids <br />Klub camp - Maximum of 60. 2°d session already at 52. Adventure Klub <br />maximum at 15 currently around 5. <br />MaryAnn left at 7:26 PM. <br />Bid for credit card company open May 29, 1998. Contract for 3 years. <br />New Business - Fall Programs - Put fall programming discussion off to next <br />meeting. <br />Special Events - reviewed list. <br />Adiournment -Pat Riley made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Pat <br />Antonellis seconded.
