Don Myers mentioned the need for the Department to market itself by letting <br />the public know how many people are using all of our programs. <br />Gus went over our Rec Trac Program and showed how our Summer Kids <br />programs were tracked. <br />Molly Reis left at 7:30 PM to attend another meeting. Don Myers would like <br />information on the numbers on field use. Reid Riberdy thought that it would <br />be good to meet with all the groups at one time. Gus would like to set <br />something up for the next meeting. <br />Heidi went over the programs we offer and the programs that run consistently. <br />Gus mentioned that at times it is difficult to utilize a particular area of the <br />school and a class has to be canceled. <br />A discussion on beach stickers took place. Gus felt it was important to be able <br />to purchase beach stickers readily, and that they should go on sale much <br />earlier in the season. Gus also passed out a sheet on Facility Fees. <br />III.
