A discussion took place regarding the times that some of the after school <br />programs start. Also discussed was the time custodians came in on the <br />weekends. It was determined that they would come in '/2 hour before the time <br />indicated on the schedule. <br />B. New Advisory Member - Scott Chausse, the new Advisory Council Member, <br />was introduced. Another person interested in becoming a member is Don <br />McCuish. <br />V. New Business - <br />A. 1999 Budget - $201,000.00 asked to level fixed. Gus went over some ofthe <br />items on the budget. <br />B. Winter Program - Gus mentioned that registrations were coming in. <br />C. Focus Groups - Gus went over the focus group information. <br />VI Adjournment - Pat Riley made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Scott Chausse <br />seconded.
