V. New Business - <br />a. Kids Klub Licensing - A review of our after-school program took place by The <br />Office for Children. She was extremely pleased with our program. We have to <br />update some information to indicate that two sites are being used. All the <br />information she requested has been sent . We should be receiving a temporary <br />license shortly. When we receive this, we can open. <br />b. February Vacation Program - Flyer has been distributed for February Vacation <br />programs. <br />c. Youth Center Dance - Dance will be held on February 28. Tickets are $25.00. <br />d. Spring Programming - Jim Marr is working on this now. The flyer should get out <br />by the middle of March. Fishing Derby is scheduled for April 18. <br />e. Daffodil Days - This will be part of the Youth Safety Summer. Daffodil days <br />will be sponsored by the Beautification Committee and the Chamber of <br />Commerce. This day will include amusement rides and crafts. <br />f. Instructor Policy - A discussion took place regarding instructor policy handbook. <br />VI. Other - Updates - Gus passed out information he received from the Cape Cod <br />Literacy Council. He also passed out a sheet regarding interactive college courses <br />which should be starting the 2"d week in February at the high school. <br />VII.
