VL New Business - Lights at Heritage Park - information was passed out regarding <br />lights at Heritage. Gus met with Little League, Greg Taylor. Little League has <br />$20,000.00 to help for lights to be installed In addition, tried to help them out <br />with Article to be placed on Town Warrant. $15,000.00 would be raised and <br />appropriated to put lights at Heritage. A discussion took place regarding prices at <br />three different fields - Pocknett, middle field for Little League, and back field <br />which is also part of Little League area. Would like to light back field Also can <br />be used for adult soccer, coed softball field. This field would be a multi-purpose <br />area. This would include metal poles - $23,000 from Musco. Another $12,000.00 <br />approximate cost to bring power over in that area. Received good response from <br />Selectmen. <br />Kim Whitney discussed Commonwealth Electric supplying some wooden poles. <br />Looking for pole 70 ft. pole with 10 feet to be underground in concrete. A <br />discussion on poles took places. <br />Credit Cards - Gus Frederick showed draft of credit card form. Spoke with Ann <br />Shaw and Bob Whritenour regarding the use of credit cards. Gus Frederick asked <br />if the Advisory Board could write a letter to Bob Whritenour to see if front door by <br />our office could be left open during the day. <br />VII Adjournment - Pat Riley made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 PM.
