Franceschi . <br /> Who will do the presentation? <br /> The Committee agreed Peter will do the introduction , Merry Sue <br /> will discuss the matrix and Paul will talk about cost issues. <br /> The Format: <br /> - Introduction <br /> - Why's - why we need a high school . <br /> - the process and how we got to this point. <br /> - Site analysis and feasibility studies - Mr. Franceschi <br /> - Cost - Paul Griffin <br /> Recommendation - is it appropriate for the Committee to add their <br /> recommendation? <br /> Janice Mills said if the Committee wants to make a <br /> recommendation , then she would call for a reconsideration because <br /> she will change her vote. She is totally opposed to making a <br /> recommendation . No one on this Committee is in a position to run <br /> a program for their desired site. <br /> • The Committee did make a recommendation , which is on record , and <br /> the Selectmen did not accept it. <br /> Mr. Dinizio explained, in the presentation the Committee' s <br /> position will be that it is imperative that people make a choice, <br /> don ' t give up your right to choose. Vote yes on one site and no <br /> on the other and yes for the money article. <br /> The Committee decided to go into Executive Session to confirm <br /> their position on cost issues. <br /> The Committee agreed it would be helpful to have the traffic <br /> consultant available at town meeting . <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> ** Ms . Ahlgren made a motion to adjourn at 6 : 20 p.m. Mr. <br /> Griffin seconded the motion .
