Janice Wolford, Editor of the Enterprise suggested they could publish the handout information on Friday , so people have a chance to review it before town meeting . She discussed deadlines with Mr . Franceschi . Who will do the presentation? The Committee agreed Peter will do the introduction , Merry Sue will discuss the matrix and Paul will talk about cost issues. The Format: - Introduction - Why's - why we need a high school . - the process and how we got to this point. - Site analysis and feasibility studies - Mr. Franceschi - Cost - Paul Griffin Recommendation - is it appropriate for the Committee to add their recommendation? Janice Mills said if the Committee wants to make a recommendation , then she would call for a reconsideration because she will change her vote. She is totally opposed to making a recommendation . No one on this Committee is in a position to run a program for their desired site. • The Committee did make a recommendation , which is on record , and the Selectmen did not accept it. Mr. Dinizio explained, in the presentation the Committee' s position will be that it is imperative that people make a choice, don ' t give up your right to choose. Vote yes on one site and no on the other and yes for the money article. The Committee decided to go into Executive Session to confirm their position on cost issues. The Committee agreed it would be helpful to have the traffic consultant available at town meeting . ADJOURNMENT ** Ms .
