Paul suggested there be signs in the front of the building saying no buses are allowed. Shannon asked about the handicapped parking. Dan reviewed those locations. Shannon asked about the parking count and zoning requirement? Dan said there is no " rate' requirement in the bylaw for schools. They will request a variance for the parking stall size. - The sidewalk parallel to the entrance road is only 4 feet wide - to narrow for pedestrians and bikes. The Committee does not expect much pedestrian traffic to the school . Paul asked Dan to re-consider this, it is too narrow. Will talk about it during the cost discussion . - Seniors Walk is not shown? It has been eliminated . - Is there storage for field and maintenance equipment? Bob explained there will be a double bay added at the STP and they will provide a building for field equipment but it is not yet shown on the plan. 2
