Carpet should be static guard and anti microbial . <br /> 14. All motors should be premium "E" type. Should get rebate form utility <br /> company <br /> Drawings: <br /> 1 . Fire rating not shown in some areas. <br /> 3 . If there is outdoor children ' s play area it should be fenced . <br /> 6 . Review location of metal detection system. <br /> 7 . Include a double door into coaches locker room. <br /> 9 . Near drinking fountains, material should be something other than GWB. <br /> 10 . Raise ceilings in toilet rooms. <br /> 11 . Too <br /> high increases the instance of cracking. 3500 is a good compromise. <br /> Civil Engineer - Limit of Field Survey should be more descriptive including <br /> location of anything on site. <br /> - handicapped parking. <br /> - Two way travel land should be wider. Dan said presently they are 20 feet <br /> wide which is the same scale as a typical subdivision road . <br /> - perimeter travel lane turning radius seems tight.
