Delete auxiliary gym - Bill suggested providing instead a small workout <br /> room, the community already has a large gym (high school ) and 2 gyms with <br /> the other schools. Merry Sue said if you shrink the sq footage of the <br /> building, you loose that much reimbursement. <br /> Paul asked the cost of the building component (of the gym) vs it's interior <br /> finish. <br /> Ray said the interior is really just the floor, the mechanical . <br /> Shannon suggested developing another use for it, lower the ceiling , no wood <br /> floor, that may provide some cost savings.
